Miso wasabi guacamole in Mini croustades

Makes 24 croustades

 

1                      Avocado 

1                      Small tomato

1 teaspoon      fresh lemon juice

24 pieces        Coriander leaves

1/4 teaspoon   salt

30g                  Miso flavoured YAMAOWASABI

24                    mini croustades 

 

            

 

1.    Cut tomato in quarters remove seeds. Chop finely 

2.    Cut Avocado in half, remove the stone and peel the skin. Chop finely. 

3.    Mix the avocado, tomato and lemon juice in a bowl, season with salt.

4.    Fill a croustade with (3) 

5.    Place a leaf of coriander and add YAMAOWASABI on top

6.    Repeat the process
